I am writing to thank you for your custom in past years and to inform you of some exciting news about the future of Acedes Gear Tools.
My name is Steve Lillywhite and I previously worked for Acedes as their Technical Sales Manager for 20 years, before moving in 2020 to take up a position elsewhere in the gear industry. I am pleased to notify you of my return to the company as its new owner and CEO. Please let me assure you that this change will not affect any outstanding orders or operations.
Many of you will know that I have been in the transmission design and production industry all my working life and have amassed a great deal of knowledge and respect within the trade. I am looking forward to applying my experience by working with the team to move the business forward, with a positive focus on improving lead times and the level of technical support we offer. Above all, we will continue to provide you with the excellent service you have come to expect.
As the company says farewell to the previous owners Tony and Paul, we would all like to thank them for their tireless efforts over the years and to wish them both a happy retirement.
