Acedes Update for tools to cut Pulley's

Hobs / Cutters for Pulley production supplied by Acedes - Range supplied by Acedes 1.5mm to 32mm Pitch.
- To suit tooth profile forms including: Gates, Mulco-Syncroflex, Conti, Pirelli, Goodyear, Din 7721, BS 4548, ISO 13050, 17396 & 5294, As well as customer specific special profiles & ranges.
- Acedes bespoke design system to optimise tooth ranges.
- Acedes can work with std or customer specific backlash.
- Acedes can reverse engineer an existing pulley and then produce tools to cut these.
- As well as cutters for pulleys we produce single or multi row milling cutters to produce clamping plates.
- Acedes also supplies tooling for Moulds.
- We can supply Pulley overlays for inspection of Pulleys.
- We hold a stock of finished tools please enquire as required.
